Public- Private sector engagement for Inclusion
We partner with of Economic Strengthening Service Providers (ESSP) from public and private sector operational in the project sites and facilitate linkage of beneficiaries for service provision
Capacity building
We facilitate tailor-made need based economic strengthening technical and skills trainings to youth, women and saving and lending groups.
Advocacy campaigns
We use human rights-based approach to facilitate individuals and community social groups to know the available opportunities and their economic rights and facilitate our beneficiaries to participate in the development of policy and practices which affect their lives and to claim economic rights
Research and learning
We use appreciative inquiry methodology to champion Community/ beneficiaries led research to determine issues that need interventions, set dreams for desired better conditions, assess the resources available at hand, plan best ways to bring about the solutions.
